Use of the Campaign Manager web appliction (in the following, "the
application", or "the Campaign Manager") is governed by the following
Terms and Conditions. Referees and Players (in the following,
"users") agree to abide by these terms and conditions while using the
application.
The application is provided as a service by Dahl IT service (in the following,
"the company").
The bulletin sections available for the players and referees are intended for campaign-relevant material only. In particular, advertisements ("spam") are strictly prohibited, and users that posts such are subject to termination after a single warning. Spam bulletins will be removed without warning.
Referees are responsible for monitoring their campaigns and
tournaments bulletin sections for inappropriate or offensive material;
Referees that do not adequately live up to this responsibility are alse
subject to termination after a single warning.
The rating system is intended for measuring players relative
proficiency at playing the games, thus battles that are never actually
played should never be represented as such. If you do not play the
battle, ensure that it is resolved randomly.
Users that are deemed to be created for the sole purpose of
manipulating the player ratings will be terminated, their battles will
be annulled, and ratings will be re-calculated.
Payment processing may take up to 10 calendar days.
Accounts in arrears will be disabled
after the subscription expires. The account holder will receive three
warning emails when the account is about to expire.
An expired account may be reactivated at any time, by paying the
subscription fee.
Subscriptions may be refunded in full up to 10 calendar days after
payment. After this time, subscriptions are no longer refundable.
Accounts that are terminated due to Terms and Condition violation
are not refundable.
Problem reports and feature requests should be mailed to the Administrator.
The company is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the
use of the application.
